New Investor Seeking Connections

Jordan Klumpp
Posted

Hey BP Baltimore,

I am a practicing real estate attorney, who has just started getting into real property investing.

I'd like to connect with experienced real estate investors in the Baltimore-metro market.  If any investors are willing to teach me how to find and evaluate deals in this market, I'd be happy to put those skills to work and bring deals to your desk.  Also, I can be a sounding board for legal and regulatory issues.

Is BP a good place to start building a network?  Any other tips on how to go about it?  Thanks in advance for your help!
