Hello All,

Doing some research on tenant payment software. Looks like turbotenant is the no-nonsense option that has all the basics. Let me know if anyone has a preference for another software.

How many properties do you own? Is it strictly for rent collection? You probably don’t need a full blown software solution for a handful of properties especially if all you are after is rent collection.
