Hi BP community! I'm a brand-new investor in the Central Florida area interested in single-family and small multi-family (quads and under) buy and hold rental properties. I'm on a short career break and have time to help other investors in the area with any needed services (cleaning up at rehabs, picking up supplies, minor cosmetic work like painting, etc.) in exchange for getting my feet wet in investing and building mentorships/partnerships. I'm part of a local investor group and have been networking there, but if anyone on here is a local and in need of services, let's connect!
