How to learn the numbers?

Theres a lot of number crunching and calculations that are needed to tell in a property is going to be a good investment, or to calculate expenses, or how much an agent might make off the property, etc. How can I learn these calculations, is there an educational book that takes you through it all like a math class hah

There are calculators available here on the site. Look at the top of the website under the "Tools" section.
