Harder to be Loan Officer and investor OR agent and investor?

I’m trying to decide if I wanna switch over to being a loan officer as being an agent has some limitations with my investing business. Is it harder to be a real estate agent and investor OR a loan officer and investor? Any insight would be great!

Agents will say its easier to be an agent
