From contractor to investor

I've spent the last 15 years as a carpenter in central Florida, the last 5 as a Investor focused rehabber running my own business helping others make massive gains and generational wealth, a few months back I decided I was going to start investing myself. I have yet to find my first deal, but I have made massive strides in education and networking. I've read every book biggerpockets has to offer and many others, I've created an LLC for my investing purposes, I have invested in software (DealMachine, PropStream) to facilitate a deal funnel and have had small success locating motivated sellers. My plan is to find deals, evaluate them for my purposes and if they don't make sense for me, then to wholesale them to others, I have 3 such deals in the pipeline, but I still have missing pieces in my own team. I need to find financing partners to help me with capital to close deals for flipping and eventually buy and hold. Would like to meet potential partners/team members to help with that end of the process.
