New investor looking for advice
Hello all! My name is Shantall Murillo and I am based in NC. I'm in an interesting predicament and would love some guidance. I've been wanting to invest for some time now and decided to take take action this year however, I lost my job right before going forward with a HELOC that would have been my seed money! I decided that selling my home would be the better option for me to capitalize on the market and to place myself in a better position financially as well as pay off some high interest credit that was pulling my score down. Haven't decided if it was the smartest move but it seemed like my best option at the time. Now I have a GOOD sum of cash and need to make it count! I feel like this is a great opportunity to catapult my portfolio… any suggestions? I appreciate any input!

If you are going to need financing, it’s important to have employment. That’s my recommendation to do first
