Residential Assisted Living - I've got a few questions

A friend has been to a course and is looking to start a 10 bed assisted living facility.  We are in discussions of me becoming a partner and I would like to speak with someone that is currently involved in the space to get a few unbiased questions answered.  It would be much appreciated if someone could spend 10 minutes on the phone with me.  Thanks

@Todd Barile look up Isabelle Guarino on IG as well as her training company RAL Academy on IG. May get your questions answered from the content or DM'ing her. She is very knowledgeable with Residential assisted living. Hope that helps!
