Indy Investor Course! [Rough Draft]
Hi y'all, I created a 48 minute course geared for Beginners / Intermediates looking to invest in Indianapolis. It goes over locations to invest in for cash flow / appreciation, different strategies (MTR, LTR, STR, BRRRRR), how to run the numbers in context, and overall Indy principles.
This is a super rough draft. I'm looking for some folks to watch and give me some honest feedback!

Hi Tyler, I just listened to your course and I thought it was very helpful for both newbies and newbies to the Indianapolis area. I'm in central Florida and working on my first flip right now which is going well. I'm interested in investing in Indianapolis in the future, for MTR to nurses (I'm a nurse practitioner) or multi-families. I'd love to connect and see what is possible out there. Thanks!
