Showing rural property

N/A N/A
Posted Aug 3 2008, 10:53

I am from the Virginia area, Faquier/Fairfax Counties. Working out in VA means that most of the time I'm dealing with listings in rural areas and I find myself driving more than I'm showing. I also inevitably end up taking a ton of pictures to show buyers when they come to me looking for property, but I never seem to take enough. Sometimes it seems like the nicest places arent fairly represented in my photos and they are slow to move. Recently I have been running into many situations like this.

ny suggestions on how to improve selling property in more rural areas aside from showing more pictures?

Really appreciate it

Chris,

How cost effective is it, and have you seen examples of it?
If you have seen examples of it, would I buy the house based on the video, or would you end up taking me out to the property anyways? But that may not be the point. The point may be you might save me a trip to house I wouldn't have liked anyways, based on the video. Sounds interesting to me either way.

Just a thought,
