2024 Year of Making it Happen

Aloha All,

New to BP Pro, spent the last two years building my RE knowledge foundation and getting finances in order. Ready to attack 2024 and take the first step. Living in Hawaii is not a first time REI friendly area, so my focus has been out of state. Working to narrow down to 2 markets by Q2 and a goal of finding a deal by Q3. Excited for the journey and the people I meet along the way. My background is in construction and contracting so my plan is stemmed around value-add, flip, BRRRR.

All advice and guidance will be appreciated.
