Real estate investment sales agent
I'm looking into the idea of potentially becoming a real estate investment sales agent after college. Is there anyone on here who works in this field and could tell me about the logistics of the job and your personal experience? Along with this, I plan to house hack my first year and accumulate rental properties as I continue to make money.
I think you just mean get your real estate license and work with investors? It's a great idea to get licensed as a new investor because it gives you access (to homes on the market to buy or for clients, and to the MLS data for ARV and comps). If you go to meetups now, build relationships, and get your license (you don't have to wait until you graduate), you will have a good framework set up.
