Hi I live in new jersey Bergen county and I would like to know the ins and outs of wholesaling. Basically what kind of contracts I need to wholesale a house to a buyer and can I use a title company to close etc.. etc..

Love to hear from you guys!

Hi @Walter Thompson

You can use any contract that is assignable for wholesaling in New Jersey, that even includes the standard real estate contract.

As for your other question about Title companies...You could use them to close, but for the most part you would use them to do all the title work to make sure there aren't any liens on the property. In northern NJ almost all closings are done using your attorney however. This has been my experience so far.
