Hello everyone! I'm here because I want more. I'm very new to real estate investing and I'm looking to start in the wholesaling aspect of it. It'd be nice if I could receive help or tips from anyone (new or experienced). I just want to be involved and learn more so I could achieve more eventually. If there is anybody here willing to let me help them with small things I will be truly grateful. I'm very trainable, detail oriented, and highly motivated. Thank you all.

Quote from @Donnie Jones:

The harsh truth is that wholesaling is a job, not a means of investing. It requires no money upfront, so you will join thousands of others trying to do the same in your market. Very few find success.

Do you know who is thriving with wholesaling? The gurus that sell their courses with the promise that it's easy money.

I wish you the best. If you really hustle and are smarter than the average bear, you may make enough money that you can buy an investment property. But in my experience, you would be better off spending that same amount of time/hustle working a second part-time job with guaranteed income, then investing in buy-and-hold properties.
