I am looking to learned about the art of negotiation and make offers outside of the normal down payments, closing costs, and seller credits. What books do I read? What do episodes do I listen to? And what YouTube channels do I watch?

I am looking for creative ways to close, as little down, ins and outs of a 3-2-1 buy down, and more.

Search for some books by Tim Burrell. He has many out there. One to note is "Creating the deal"
