Big rookie mistake

Hi everyone i purchased my first rental condo in 2021 and it's been renovated and rented all these years, I bought it all cash so the process was easy. I tried to apply for a refinance DSCR loan and was denied because the hoa of the condo doesn't have a master flood insurance, and I was told my condo can't get a loan on it overall. Is there a way to get my money out some other way?

Keep calling lenders. Someone will do it, probably at a higher interest rate, but it's not impossible to do. Googling non-warrantable condo loans is a good place to start.
