I am in the Bay Area, I am leaning towards BRRR my first property and just wanted assistance with analyzing the best deals and #'s. I am also looking OOS and looking to establish some boots on the ground in cash flowing markets. I am looking to put 20% down. Let's connect!

@Kevin Dehesa you want to reach out to investor friendly agents in the market. There's a tool in BP called Agent Finder. You can network with other investors in that market. Plently of communities you can find online, here and etc. Also your own research, ofc.
