New youtube channel with heavy focus on real estate investing. Any advice?

Hello BP community,

I've recently deleted my previous channel that had over 500 videos and created a new one that's focused exclusively on real estate investing, and health and preparedness. I did so, so I could put more time and energy into what I'm working to accomplish and I'm eager to get some feedback on how to improve it.

I am currently working towards making it more visually interactive, with one way of doing so by sharing pictures / videos of properties my connections are selling / renting to help them reach more people.

I'm also looking to bring guests on and have discussions / podcasts focused on real estate investing.

If you could take a look at what I've put together so far and share any constructive feedback, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm serious about where I'm going with this and look forward to making progress with it today.

Thank you for your time.
