Danbury CT/ Bethel Area
Does anyone have any knowledge of investing in Naugatuck CT or Seymour? Looking for cheaper areas to invest in to improve cash flow. My area I live in is Bethel CT which there seem to be only high priced multifamlies which need a lot of work or Danbury which most multifamlies seem like bad areas to buy in which also need a lot of work. Thanks!
