Real Estate InvestingTerms and Lingo

Hello Everyone!

I'm a new guy, have yet to invest but I've been listening to some podcasts and reading as much as I can and something I've caught onto is there is a lot of REI terms out there. I've been googling and looking up most of these terms but within a few minutes I have 10 pages open. So, I was wondering if anyone had a list or a certain book or something of all or most of the terms that are all in one place? Or something that I can study that will help me better understand this new language!

Thanks so much!

This is an awesome book from brandon http://get.biggerpockets.com/nomoneydown/. Also check out the free guide on this website and look around the forums. Honestly the best way to figure out the terms is buy reading all the supporting material with the definitions and explanations, ;)
