Newbie from Sacramento, CA !!!!!!
Hello BP!!! My name is Nicholaus Radon and my girlfriend is Tatyana Sinitsa. In September of 2015 we decided to get into real estate investing. We had actually been talking and wanting to do it for some time but just never started. But the universe opened doors for us and we finally decided to go for it and get started.
I am currently a stay home dad and my girlfriend works full time so we are living on one income. Our goal for now is to do wholesaling until we can get enough money for flipping. So as of now that's what our main focus is on, to do wholesaling. We have contacted some realtors that are willing to work with us. We are working on building a buyers list. I think our main problem we are having is providing the proof of funds.
That's where we are at right now. Any information would help us tremendously. We are very determined to be successful. We have been through a lot this last couple years and are looking forward to our amazing future! Thank you!
