Starting out in real estate
Hi everyone, I'm a new investor. I'm looking to invest into wholesale real estate. I'm 19 and in school and need help on how to start out so if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it dearly.
Read books and possibly find a mentor. A good mentor will charge around 5K and i know that might be kind of hard for you since you're still in school. A cheaper method would be to go to local REI meetings in your area. You can find these meetings by creating a meetup account on meetup.com
