I'm Jason and i'm beginning a business in wholesaling. I recently discovered this site while trying to learn the ropes and i'm still feeling my way around. There's definitely a vast amount of information to be absorbed and i'm attacking it as much as I can. One question that i'd like to ask is how many members on here were able to invest in real estate successfully without a mentor? Understandably, I'm running across  several recommendations urging me to seek one out, however, is it realistic to continue without one?
