WANTED: Asheville NC Real Estate Attorney
Hello!
I'm looking for a Asheville or surrounding area real estate attorney that is experienced in contractor work litigation and contractor property liens.
We have a situation we believe is fraudulent and want to part ways with our contractor. We are willing to pay for the work completed but are being asked to saddle $3K in materials. We believe we should not have to pay for this based upon falsified documentation/evidence provided us.
We'd like to know where we stand and our options. We are out of state so this is being handled from a distance. If there's more details needed please message me directly and thanks much in advance to all the BP's out there!
