Has anyone had investing education before starting out?  If so....what classes did you take.

The best education is placing offers and getting properties under contract.  Learning by jumping in the pool as they say.

Besides that you can find everything you need via the Podcasts/Webinars on this site.
Along with books found in every library.

The best sellers like Rich Dad Poor Dad series are a great start.

But again, taking action is 90% of this business.
