We have a decent portfolio...20 some buildings ranging from 4-28 units in Chicago.
Learning that keeping costs down is the name of this game.
Thinking about hiring a consulting firm/person to review our P&L's, Insurance Plans, Taxes, maybe even walk the buildings and point out where we could be saving money and where we are spending too much.
We self manage, so it would be great to get another pair of eyes on our operation.
Any one here done something like that?
