Hi BiggerPockets Nation,

1) Just confirming, LLC as a business entity vs. S-Corp. I'm in Massachusetts...

2) Thoughts on using LegalZoom to form an LLC?

3) LegalZoom asks you to categorize your business. Real estate and Rental/Leasing are both options, and I will be doing both. Thoughts?
