Starting out, forming an LLC
I have now ran into a couple of potential multifamily properties that I'm pretty excited about and I asked my father if he wanted to partner up and form an LLC. He agreed to. So now I'm waiting till Monday so that I can call and speak to someone that can hopefully walk me through the process.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should consider while forming this LLC? Like, is there anything I should be mindful about or decide before doing this? Thanks in advance.
