Tatiana Santiago sounds like you are ready to start learning. While I won't try and talk you out of personal coaching, I will just remind you of the best source of information and learning right in front of you for just about free: bigger pockets, networking, podcasts, etc. Loved rich dad poor dad, but can't does to how personal coaching would be done by them. I would imagine it wouldn't be cheap. There are plenty of wholesalers who would be willing to help you if you offer them something (your time) in return. Try and find the best people in your niche, and see what you can do to help them. You will, end up learning a ton, and at a less expensive cost. Good luck to you!
