LLC vs Corp?

Hey everyone! so as I go though the blogs I noticed most people are choosing to form an LLC instead of a corp. for conducting business in real estate...... is there a reason why? Just curous of the pros vs cons when it comes to real estate.

I like the LLC and after I read this book I was a firm believer. Less paperwork for sure.
