Hi BP!

Does anyone have success with Direct Mailers in Orange County, CA? If so, what kind of lists are you buying and marketing to?

Outside of Orange County, what kind of lists work best for you and where are you purchasing them? Thanks for the info BP!

@Hayley Henning As a general rule, the more difficult it is to get a list, the better your success should be.  Therefore, absentee and equity owners are not great lists IMO.  I prefer that people drive for dollars, pull tax liens, get code violations, etc.  Much better lists as less investors are mailing to them.
