Okc: GC vs Subs? Local recommendations?

Hi y'all I hope the keyword in this shows up correctly or is at least targeted for the Okc area. I've got one / my first deal under my belt (a buy and hold rental) and now I am embarking into the fun world of flipping. I am needing a reliable GC who isn't "cheap"'in terms of low quality, but also isn't looking to make more profit than me on a deal. And then I am wondering if anyone locally has pieced together a group of subs. Meaning perhaps hired one crew for kitchen, another crew for bathroom, another for exterior paint, etc etc etc. My thoughts are essentially a GC is a project manager so if I assume that role perhaps I save a decent percentage. While I'm inexperienced I'm not afraid to get quotes from 10 people to get the most competitive rate to ensure my flip is not a flop. While I'm primarily asking for local advice any experienced flippers advice is welcome. And yes I am reading J Scotts book :) thanks !
