Looking to generate cash flow in Portland, Oregon.
Hey guys,
I am looking for real estate investment opportunities. I would prefer opportunities close to Portland, Oregon. I am willing to venture away from Portland if the parameters are right. I have never purchased real estate before.
I have approximately 100k to invest with. I am not sure where to start. The amount of information available is overwhelming.
