Who loans money on 4plex with FHA loan
awhile back I was looking into purchasing a 4plex and was looking for fiananceing. When I was talking to Quckens Loans they told me they do not do 4plexs with fha loans. So I was wondering if anyone has purchased a 4 plex with a fha loan, and who was the lender? Was it a big bank or do the more local banks loan on those more.
