Hi everyone!

I'm closing on a duplex in Saint Paul, MN June 1st. This is my first rental property and was wondering if I could get some insurance recommendations? Thank you!

Javier Sanmiguel Assuming you're getting a mortgage, ask the folks at the bank. Odds are they both have an insurance broker and most have terms/minimums they would like to see (replacement cost vs. just the loan value). You'll likely have even better luck if it's a community or regional bank as they will have a shopped around previously for similar property. Don't forget a nice chunky "just in case" umbrella policy.
