What Do You Guys Think?
As you may or may not know, I am new to real estate investing. I have been trying my hand in wholesaling (online ads, bandit signs, etc.), but have yet to close a deal after almost a month of seriously trying.
Just trying to get a opinion from more seasoned investors: what do you think about me starting of my "career" by doing a BRRRR? Has anyone else started that way?
