Hi guys.

A little update:  We got a call from the Flipping Formula last week to schedule a conference call because they said they have some tips to help us along.  So we talked on Saturday, and I'm pretty sure you can guess what they wanted .... MORE MONEY!!  Yep, they are still trying to get me to max out my credit cards to pay for their "help."  Funny thing is, when you try to get them to cut to the chase and tell you how much it's gonna cost, they act offended!  LOLOL!!
