When i was 17 i made a goal within 5 years i would buy my first property and pursue my passion. Here i am at 22 and after doing my due diligence in the last few years in learning the markets that are up and comming; I've decided I'd really love getting into flipping REOs in NY. I'm trying to find like minded investors and or someone who's a little older and or seasoned to invest with i used to use bigger pockets just to read the questions people ask but now I'd love yo use it to meet investors. Sadly my friends don't share the same vision i do.

Eric Calabrese - go to www.biggerpockets/meet to meet local investors. Send them a message and invite them out for coffee. Set a goal to meet 3-5 of them each week.

You'll expand your network greatly and meet plenty of like minded individuals. Start planting the seeds now and maybe later you can partner.
