Hello BP partners, I'm looking to become a first time investor. BP do you guys recommend a property management company close to area your investing in or it doesn't matter? Are there any recommendations for good PMC?

You should use a property manager on the ground in the market where you are investing.  Support staff does not need to be in the same market but people handling leasing and field need to be on the ground in that market.

I suggest your check www.narpm.org  National Association of Residential Property Managers for professional managers in the market you are invested.
