I am 27 years old and I am trying to learn everything I can about the industry. I live in OKC, Oklahoma and work in Edmond, Oklahoma. I'm looking for a mentor type relationship where I get paid in advice for general house repairs or miscellaneous jobs related to real estate. I am interested in learning about single and multi family properties with flipping or buy and hold strategies.
