Very blessed to say that today is my 23rd birthday, I plan on starting my real estate investing journey here in Greenville, NC. Ideally I'd like to start out with a multifamily home by the Summer of 2018.
How old was everyone when they first started and how did they initially get into the game!?

Hey @Sebastian Kressly, hope you are doing well and congrats on your upcoming graduation. Age doesn't matter so don't let that hold you back. I was 28 when I bought my first half duplex and still own it today. I am in Greenville, NC so if you would like to meet sometime just let me know.
