NEED AN ASSISTANT? (California - Coachella Valley)

I’m new to investing, and would love the opportunity to assist (time-wise) in an investment deal somewhere in the Coachella Valley, in California, so that I can learn how and what to do. I would prefer flips and/or rentals, as this is the niche I have decided to follow at this time. I’m not asking for any compensation, and will help with whatever is needed, in exchange for knowledge and investing relationships.

Also, if you know of any contacts here in the desert that would of benefit to me in my investing venture, I would love to hear from you.
