CPA recommendations in Cleveland
Starting out my investment career this year, I would really appreciate a good CPA recommendation in the Cleveland Ohio area. Working with someone now but they don't have experience in real estate and I honestly don't feel like they are on my side. I would really appreciate some feedback as I'm about to settle up 4th quarter payment and file for 17. Thanks!

@Jaime Chandler You should reach out to @Bill Hampton A "local CPA" is certainly not always the answer when it comes to what most folks here on BP are looking for regarding a tax professional. For years I made the mistake of wanting a "local CPA". You want someone that understands the tax strategies of a real estate investor and someone that is also a real estate investor themselves. I'm in California and I have rentals out here as well as Cleveland. Bill's team does my tax work and they are the real deal.
