Need advice: best career option to get a RE investor

Hello guys!

What kind of job would you recommend as a start for a future investor?

I've completed a bachelor in architecture - attending a master in management - and am able to choose from one of these fields as my further occupation: real estate development - asset management - property management.

My goal for the future: fix and flip / buy to rent on a private investor / JV basis.

My goal today: gain experience / knowledge / skills / network in the RE business.

Which career path do you think is reasonable for my purposes? Or do you recommend to start right on as an entrepreneur?

Thank you very much for your help!

I would encourage you to find a group of like-minded individuals and hang with them. A support system is a must. Entrepreneurship is the coming thing, by necessity. Jobs are disappearing and self-sufficiency is a must. We are transitioning from the Industrial Age employee business model to the Information Age entrepreneur, which has its own skill-set requirements that just aren't taught in school. It's up to you.
