When choosing a bank to open a business account for an LLC what do you look for?

... relationship with a small local bank (to partner with on buying rental property)

....favorable low fee checking account options

....anything else?

Thanks in advance

best to do loans through a broker and not a bank imo

business checking accounts are notoriously awful, and provide little benefit other than building a relationship which is negligible at best, and usually won't even matter.

as @Aaron K. said, online is best. Traditional banks haven't innovated any new or useful business checking products in a long time.
