Second college degree for CRE?

Hello. I am currently attending school for a finance degree in real estate. I plan to work for a residential developer to gain experience in the field, and then I would like to start with small projects such as a single-family rental or a flip. I was wondering if on-the-job training would provide enough knowledge for this industry or should pursue an advanced degree...I thinking about a master's in real estate or construction management.

If you were doing a degree in astrophysics, Mechanical Eng. Aerospace Eng.. Applied mathematics... yes get an advanced degree.

If you are getting a degree in Drama, for example.. dude,  hell with that!

Getting an advanced degree depends on your end goal. Want to work for NASA and create the most awesome robotics and change the world with your exoskeleton robotics suits, yeah man, get 5 advanced degrees.

Want to do Real Estate development.. dude.. I wouldn't..
