The Best Investment for Cash Flow With A $50k Initial Investment
Hello everyone! I've recently come into some private money via a relationship I formed with someone that is interested in getting a higher return on their retirement funds. We're considering starting out with $50k to $100k max. I'm interested in getting some options on how one would use private money of $50k to $100k with the goal to be monthly cash flow within 30 to 60 days.
