Hello everyone, 

I'm curious about wholesaling pre foreclosures in California (Los Angeles) , I'm a new investor, I've been researching the subject and acknowledge the risk of a rookie investor like me dealing with an owner in crisis. 

I'd like to know if there are any sources of information that could guide me and ensure that I won't be doing any wrong when dealing with pre foreclosures. Or any suggestions about how to approach wholesaling in California as a beginner.
