Hello all at BP! My name is Alex and I’m from Wichita, KS. I’ve recently decided to jump in and invest in my market. Right now I’m studying/reading books/reading forums. I wanted to see if there were any fellow members around the Wichita area. My goal is to be a buy and hold investor and plan on managing my rentals with my wife’s help. My question to you all is are there any local meet ups anyone can recommend in my area? I’d like to see if anyone attends these meet ups and what are their thoughts.
