I’m new to real estate investing and having the hardest time finding properties I’ve been looking in the NYC area as well as Jersey City and Newark. Does anyone have any agents they can refer and advice

@Kodi Parker

As @Avi Levine stated, the markets you're looking at are extremely competitive and on top of it, JC and Newark are very pocketed area. Unless you know them street by street you may end with a property in the wrong area. I suggest you become a regular at the local meetups in these areas and meet other investors. You have a higher chance of meeting a realtor there or getting a referral from other investors while in the neighborhood.

Best!
